Retail Sales Representative

West Park Motors is currently seeking a sales representative for our MTS Connect store.

Responsibilities:

·         Sell MTS products and services including wireless, data, phone services, Internet and cable

·         Understand current and prospective customer requirements and their buying motives

·         Build trust, loyalty and long term relationships with customers

·         Consistently deliver on monthly targets and objectives

·         Arrange for repairs to products or equipment as required

·         Provide only the highest level of customer service – our store has consistently ranked at the top of customer satisfaction surveys and we intend to stay there

Qualifications:

·         Previous wireless or retail sales experience is an asset

·         A professional team player who is passionate about providing superior customer service

·         Comfortable working in a continuous fast paced and changing industry with minimal supervision

·         Positive, friendly attitude with a great work ethic
