Retail Sales Representative
West Park Motors is currently seeking a sales representative for our MTS Connect store.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Sell MTS products and services including wireless, data, phone services, Internet and cable
  • Understand current and prospective customer requirements and their buying motives
  • Build trust, loyalty and long term relationships with customers
  • Consistently deliver on monthly targets and objectives
  • Arrange for repairs to products or equipment as required
  • Provide only the highest level of customer service – our store has consistently ranked at the top of customer satisfaction surveys and we intend to stay there
Qualifications:
  • Previous wireless or retail sales experience is an asset
  • A professional team player who is passionate about providing superior customer service
  • Comfortable working in a continuous fast paced and changing industry with minimal supervision
  • Positive, friendly attitude with a great work ethic
